Gareth joined the team in 2013 as an electrician, and has developed his skills and knowledge to become Andy’s right-hand-man with Niko technical and UK Partner support. Gareth also has helped the company grow with EV Chargers as well as solar panels and battery installations.

In 2021 Gareth received a promotion and is now the company’s Operations Manager. Gareth continues to grow and develop his skills and experience, more recently becoming a part of the decision making part of the business.
